Airtel sim
SIM card invalid

Dear Sir,

I have a prepaid Airtel SIM with number 9940306360. On Jan I moved out to Abu Dhabi in the UAE. From 22nd Jun my mobile phone is showing Invalid SIM. A balance of Rs 1000/- of talk-time was still there at that time. I am told that since 6 months have crossed without a recharge, the SIM has been made invalid and it will be resold in the market.

I expected that Airtel would at least give a warning call or sms before taking such an action, since I am a customer for quite some time. This number is given to all my Banks and so I have a lot of difficulties as all my transactions with secure code by sms has stopped. I am not getting important transaction and Balance sms.

Please make my SIM valid again and help.
