My cell phone number is 9163898220 from kolkata, I am very upset right now with airtel and their customer service. I have to send an sms to my gal frn who is in manglore, on top of that i don't have any balance thats the reason why i recharged for the sms pack so that while i am on zero balance i can text her and tell me how i am and what i am doing. I had my complain registered on 16/3 and today is 18th march till now its not being solved, and to make matter worse the customers are making me wait like 20 minutes over the phone on hold, and they come up with excuses like their systems are down or the seniors supervisors are busy attending to other peoples call. i have tried almost 5 times today and i have given up my hope that i will ever be refunded or problem will be solved.

This is not the first time, month ago i recharged with Rs 26 and the customer rep told me i would get national sms free, and when i recharged it was only for local sms unlimited. Bottom line the reps they have very poor knowledge about the product as well as very lathergic and to top it all they can hardly speak english properly.. I am pissed off as well as annoyed with airtel as a whole. I used to think it has the best customer service, but it let me down. I guess i will have to put my airtel sim into the fire and go for some other service provider like voda, tata, or relian... i have my soft spot for airtel because since the first time i started using cell, i started it with airtel which was good, as well as used to speak with my 1st galfrn over the phone through airtel... i know for them its nothing. its just business... so thanks guys for letting me know that.. i will wait for another 3 days and if nothing happens, i would not think over again, i will definitely change it
