Airtel Std Pco connection
Not disconnect phone

Dear sir or madam, I am running a std pco connection of airtel at my shop from almost three years. Now due to cheap mobile call rates there is very low sale and i am running in loss, i had already given a application for disconnection at airtel office in jalandhar city two months ago. I also made calls at airtel helpline number for 20-25 times for disconnecion of my phone, but there is no justification. Every time they gave me ref no but beside this there is no response. It seems that airtel connection is compulsury from the goverment of india so that this takes a long time for disconnection. So please help me i shall be thankful to you for this kindness.
