Sir,

i am use airtel company in mobile and my airtel no. is 919166522338.i want bill of last month feb . so i will send PPREBILL on 121 at 13 mar and my Req ID 142995 and 50 rs will be deducted from my account for this bill but it will not come then i will contact to airtel customer care they say there is no req form your side and say resend this message so i will resend this message but again they will deducted 50 rs from my account and give new req id 146364 at 25 mar and say in 10 days your bill will reach but bill will not come in 12 April at 12 noon.

So plz help me to bill.
