Call charges deducted more

Hello sir/Madam

I am using service of airtel for the past 4-5 years.

Recently i am facing problem that they are deducting more cal charges then what has to be. This i have communicated to Airtel customer care executivies several times but this is still continuing. Also i am not getting proper response from them.

Couple of times they have credited the amount but even in that have not given the full amount.

I would like mention couple of instances where they have deducted more call charges,
