Dedution of my main balance

I Sukhdeep singh using Airtel connection no 9777946750 from last 2 yrs. on 28 th mar10 company deduted Rs 98/- from my main balance without informing me. As my GPRS pack was activated from feb 28 to mar 28 then company should have closed my service 29 th of mar or inform me through msg or call regarding my deduction of main balance. And one more thing Poonam, Debasis and Satish these three customer care executive are not customer care executive they don't know how to treat customer straight line who made them executive.

The most and worst thing is that whenever i want to recharge a topup of 340 i can't recharge it becoz everytime it shows recharge unsuccessfull. then i have to call customer care about this problem i don't know wat they do after 24 hour i get my recharge successfull from any of the airtel dealer. this is the major problem i face on every month.

pls solve my problem as soon as possible.
