Balance cut

Sir, My Airtel no. is 919679604204. Sir, I recharged my number with Rs.50 on 29/12 and after some calls my phone balance was about Rs.40/- . But next day I saw that my balance was only Re.1 and I contacted customer care and they excused saying that I activates some kind of service. But Sir I did not activated any services. Sir, I want to get back my phone balance.
