I HAVE PURCHASED AIRTEL SIMCARD (NO-9987120687) TWO MONTH AGO.
THEY ACTIVATE MY SIM FULFILLILNG THEIR PROCEDURE.AFTER 15 DAYS THEY TERMINATED THE SERVICE QUOTING INSUFFICIENT DOCUMENT.SO I HAVE SECOND TIME SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENT.AFTER 15 DAYS THEY AGAIN TERMINATED THE SERVICE WITH SAME REASON.SO I HAVE CONTACTED NODAL OFFICER SO AFTER TWO DAYS THEY AGAIN ACTIVATE THE SERVICE.
YESTERDAY THEY AGAIN STOPPED THE SERVICE PERMENTATLY WITH NO REASON-- INVALID SIMCARD&
HOW OFFEN AND WHY I HAVE HERRESATED BY AIRTEL... NOW AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE SAYS THAT THE SIM IS PERMANTLY BARRED SO WE ARE HELPLESS.
YESTERDAY I HAVE RECHARGED WITH RS 120/== WHY AT THAT THEY KEEP CONTINUE AND AFTER SUCCESSFUL RECHARGE THEY STOPPED THE SERIVES WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION... AIRTEL IS VERY CHEATER COMPANY WHAT I FEEL.
PL HELP ME TO CONTINUE MY SIM CARD...
