Unwanted tele messages

Respected Sir,

I am using airtel gsm number (9163216234), inspite of TRAI guidelines that no unwanted calls and messages will be send from 27th september I had got numerous messages from airtel company after this date on daily basis. I had already complaint you twice for this but the problem is still unsolved. I am getting frustrated of this and can't concentrate on my studies. Please take some action against this and help me out of this problem.
