For stoping bulk and junk sms

Since last 7 days i am sending request with details of the bulk sms sender to stop those in my phone but as company AIRTEL promised to stop it but they did nothing, it seems after making complain i am getting more rubbish sms. pls look after the matter . it all in mail so if u want i can send all the details
