Unnecessorily Money is Deducting from Prepaid Account

My name is Divakar & My Airtel Number is 91 9731171212.

Daily i have been charged 3 INR towards the Downloading of Game Pack (Hungama Game Pack). I spoke to Nodal Officer on this but they have no answer and after discussion credited 3 INR on 23rd December and assured that this will not repeat in future.

But again this morning (arround 8am in the moring 24th December) i received a message saying "Thank you for downloading Game Pack and you have been charged rupees 3. after getting this message called to Nodal Officer but not satisfied for the support given also unable to credit the money deducted from my prepaid account

really getting fed up with the services proided by AIRTEL. I am requesting to sloe this issue as early as possible.

Note: Even my colleague also facing same kind of problem
