Unwanted deduction

I have an AIRTEL mobile connection (09849183979 in name of D Harnadh Reddy) and am being deducted Rs 5 for unauthorised renewal of Bramhakumari Subscription by AIRTEL despite several complaints to the service provider vide both SMS (more then 50 times), written complaint no 1210195993 dated 10 Dec and also through internet (registration no S 1025340498 dated 14/12).

Please do needful to stop this and refund the unwanted deductions of around Rs 500 till now along with other suitable compensation.
