Deduction of balance without any notification

Dear sir, i was using ebuddy for chatting on facebook there was an ad i clicked on it. And then 2 message came one from AD-54321 saying "you have been charged rs99 for downloading java game from airtel ". I first could not belive them i checked my account balance rs99 have been lost a disaster for me. Because of this i got beating from my parent. Why airtel have done this to me? Now i have pledge not to recharge till airtel refund me and if they do not refund then i have no other option than to change operator probably to DOCOMO. I dont know what to do. My mobile no: 9618881140 & my name is Anand datt. And this happened on 29 april at 00:46 hours. At last i want say without any service charging rs99 is unjustifiable.
