Airtel s customer care are not working for customers

I got offer message from airtel to recharge with RS 120 and get some Balance and free 10 airtel to airtel minutes within 48 hours & u can win upto 120 airtel to airtel minutes. I did that on 19th september and got the balance immediately but have not received the FREE MINUTES till date...& when i call customer care service they cut the line while talking and do not take it seriously. I am not at all satisfied with centre which they call as customer care service centre.
