Deduction of balace without takin any service

Sir, i am Naheed Ashar using my airtel prepaid no. 9717185786 from last three year's but i m very shocked to see that my balance is deducted without subscribing any service time to time, yesterday i recieved a sms related to alladin new adventure of airtel & my balance Rs.30/- deducted & Rs.4/- one day before, plz refund my abount, Thank You
