SMS Service

I have prepaid Mobile No. 9760832423 and recharge for Rs. 36/- to get 1000/- SMS Local & National. I received transaction ID 854275086 in which 1000 SMS Local National was mentioned. But the amount was deducted from my balance whenever I sent National SMS. I called customer care and asked the problem. He told that the plan has been lapsed and I would get only Local SMS.

The terms & conditions of service or plan can not be changed once it has been paid for the service and for the particular period. I had recharged for the national SMS only and I could not get the benefit of the plan. Hence the amount Rs. 36/- must be paid back to me once I was refused for the service.
