INSPECTION CHARGES COLLECTED

Sir,

Three months ago the tower company details were published in a local newspaper, regarding that

we wrote a letter to the company, the company sent us a colour printed brochure showing that it was

a leading tower company. We paid Rs6500/= thru DD as inspection charges, as the letter indicated that

"NO REGISTERED POST or CHEQUES". Rent would be 15000/= to 34000/= per month

Its three months now and i have been calling them and a person named GOPAL used to attend

my calls and give false dates, the last date given by them was 30th Nov since then their phones

are not in service. Now how to solve the problem is it a fraud company? can i raise a consumer complaint against these people and get compensetion? can you provide me a correct address of a tower errecting company plz?
