Non Payment of bill

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Vishwanath. I am a customer of airtel for the last 4years with my mobile and broadband. This is the first time i am writing to you with some real concern. I have a airtel postpaid connection bearing number 91 9945122007 for which i was not able to make a payment for the last 3 months due to financial constraints. I had an other airtel number bearing 91 9902922996 for which i faced similar problems but at the end i made the payment though late.
I always pay my airtel bills late and for which i pay the penalty charges without complaining. This time for a mere sum of Rs 3000 payment your so called airtel agent called me and abused me over the phone using foul language. He also threatened saying he would call all my contacts and embarass me. He threatened my with dire consequences if i dont make the payment today even though i told him i will be making the payment next friday. Kindly let me know what i need to do cause this behaviour from airtel was uncalled for. If you suggest i pay it immediately, i might garner some amount and pay, but i would have to look out for other subscriber, but if you can address this concern, i will be with airtel like i have always been. At the end of the day, i will make the payment, after all i am no running away. I request you to kindly address this issue with some regards to your end user. I am also considering writing a formal complaint to the cosumer forum. But i am optimistic that this issue will be resolved by you.
