Hello Sir,

My Name: Divyesh Charadva

Scheme Activated: Amitabh Bacchan Blog Scheme

As per scheme mentioned above have been activated on my cell without my permission.

There was not a single call or a message was given to me for activating the above mentioned scheme and the officials of airtel have deducted Rs.10.00 from my account.

The time of activation of scheme 05.03 PM on 01/10.

This thing is happening several times on my number and there is no response from the customer support side of the airtel company.

I had a talk with AMIT JADLI from airtel customer support there was no satisfactory response from him and has given a rude behavior and shouted "YOU WILL NOT REFUNDED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES".

When i asked them about complaing in consumer support, the answer was given to me "you can go anywhere and do whatever you want but you won't be refunded"

Being a customer i would not like to bare this behaviour of airtel company so on behalf of other customers i am complaining to your department please have a look on it and reply me as soon as possible.
