Connection not available error while conencting to the internet

Hello,

I have my existing Airtel Prepaid connection since 2004 and was working fine till 6 months back. I am getting very strange type of problems

1. I cant do SMS from my existing SIM even after changing SIM and mobile handset altogether.

2. I recently brought a new NOKIA C6 to use internet connection. But even after making all the correct settings everytime I am receiving the error as "Connection not available".

If I use other SIM of different service providers it works well.

I lodged a complaint# 30328573504 on customer care but didnt got any response.

Please do the needful.
