Network Problem in Home location

Sir I { Pradip Jagannath Patil } have been using your mobile service from last three years.{ Mob. No.- 9960671867, 9960671866, 9766623532 } I am not getting proper network in my home location since last two years. I had regisistered many complaints at your customer care centre but no one had taken action against this. I am living just 500 mtrs. away from your mobile tower, so I should get network but it is not happening and I am facing lot of problems due to this. I am requesting you to take correct action against my complaint give me proper service. If you will not take such action then I will have to surrender your mobile service. Please do this needful.
