Ad service as well as cell phone

I purchased my cell phone lg t325 on near by 26 april from 1st day it was giving me problem so i went near retailer he send me to your service i went they updated my cell many times but no use it again started giving me problem then he changed my cell phone board then also it gave me bad result then i took strict action on your service care till then my 2months got and after that he gave me new cell same model by exchanging through your company and he also said me to exchange that new cell to your retailer but that retailer was not ready to exchange so again he indirectly he forced me to take me that same cell and now this same cell is giving same problem hanging and i dont know what to do so i beg near your service and retailer to give me some result so i ll get satisfy but at this movment i am not getting any any response by your service or retailer they made their hands up and i dont know what to do so i sended this e-mail direct to your company and this one is my 3rd email to you so i want you to exchange my cell as soon as possible or i must take strict action on your company with the help of consumer court so please please please accept my request... between this cell complaint till now near by 4 month had got please exchange my cell phone please and make me satisfy... my number is (9738346032)
