i am sanjay biswas, writing this mail to get a better solution from all of you.its about per second billing system.because of this per second billing facility

we are facing a new problem.some useless fellow using it in a wrong way.they are dialing random numbers to catch girls numbers.so all of us are getting disturbed by this a lot.

do you really think its a good idea to keep this plan on? what will happen to our sisters and friends? police cant take step as its not a crime.can we expect solution from you? i hope you will take serious action upon this fact and will withdraw this useless plan.thank you.
