I purchased a plan call 2 -landline no 46036458, in which along with 450 mb of Internet download, there was provision of free calls to two mobile numbers of my choice. Very first Bill showed that calls to those two mobiles were being charged at normal rates. Emails to customer care, a dozen phone calls, submitting the proof for the plan I purchased through fax and by hand delivery etc etc were all waste.
They do not read Emails, they do not check faxes, phone executives are mere symbolic, they are neither equipped by intelligence or knowledge of their own system nor they want to record and understand your grievance. On every call you have to repeat and re-narrate your problem to each one of them! Of-course no result comes out. In the end I happily allowed them to disconnect my phone!
