Purchased a post paid mobile connection under Porting of TATA Indicom numbe

This is state you that I am holding a TATA Indicom number since last 3 years, I got call from Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd (Priti Shetty-9833480825) on 25 Apr 11 and offered me to port this number to Vodafone with better post paid plan and also assured for surprise gift on 1st billing. He send a person in my office (Mr. Gajanan) who collect all the required documents from me and Rs. 369/- and handover me a Vodafone sim card and confirm that after verification it will activated within 8 days. Physical/telephonical verification was taken place within 7 days time and my old number (ie. TATA Indicom) had been stoped (incoming/outgoing) and vodafon number not started yet. I approched to Vodafone gallary/customer care and Andromeda but no one entertained my problem and my existing and usefull mobile number is stoped since last one month and I am helpless as I did a mistake to accept the offer from Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd.
