Delay, Lying, Unprofessional Conduct

I want to sue these people for their unprofessional conduct. I was promised a vodafone simcard on sunday after they had issued one on saturday to me. it kept on getting delayed and its wednesday today they still havent delivered. i am scared now that the service provider has confirmed its activation but they havent given me the sim card yet. i am scared that it is being misused as my name and id proof documents i have submitted to them. their executives are not picking up the calls and now the customer complain department lady as well. i am annoyed and mentally harassed as i needed this connection at the earliest. please help me take a step as these people during taking money are always on time but while delivering service they fall short of it. i am annoyed and harassed and its effecting my health and profession.
