Customer care pathetic

Not released my outgoing calls despite calling several times. they issued me a replacement sim card and then blocked the outgoing calls from the new sim. customer care says it will take 4 hours... its been 12 hours and i am still waiting. i have confirmed the new sim number atleast 3 times.
