sir;

it is intimated that i took a new connection from your office in= march and use up to approximately 10 months but some reason i went yr=office G.ND.U Market kabir park and applied for dissconnect and there is a lady manager has told me that your connection is now disconnect.after taking final due etc.but now in the month of june yr office send me abill for Rs.114/-which is quiet wrong. Today i again went to yr office at G.N.D.U. kabir park asr.and met to her lady manager for this wrong bill, but she is neither giving me satisfactory answer nor dissconnecting my telephone connection.she is refusing to dissconnect this phone no. 0183-5090102.therefore you are requested to take necessary action in this case otherwise that lady manager and your office will be responsible for this fake bill and forthcoming bills.

Further it is added that she has no manners and way of talking.
