Airtel send fake bills continously for 3 months on a connection (919980099959) which i had kept under safe custody (Rs.110/- per month) since 28th july till i brought into their notice. Meanwhile i had already paid Rs.17366/- which till date they haven't refunded. Another connection (919845041376) which was also kept under safe custody on the same day went missing along with the Rs.5ooo/- or more deposit i had given. Please tell me what should i do. There are still more concerns but i am tired. Today its 20th October
