Delay in activation of post paid sim

Hii i bought a airtel post paid sim (for business purpose at very urgent mode) from ankit communcations akurdi pune they told me its going to be activated in 36 hrs..but after 62 hrs its stiil not activated i went to their shop they said again it will be done in the evening bla bla bla..still not done i m calling to their number no body pickin up the fone from last two days..one lady give her personal number said "mam call me if u have ny problem but her number always switched off"!!these type of people dissolving airtel brand image i spent my 300 bunks 3 days continously in auto to reach their office which is equal to the sim amount who going to pay me back for this please make necessary actions against these kind of people who did not value their customers who thik they are fool..illetrate etc etc i need immediate action on them..pls do the kind.. i want my money back both sim auto fare.!!!
