WITHOUT SUBSCRIBE AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT

My self prem singh khalsa and using bsnl pre paid no 9413621000. on 21st march i have recd msg from 554471040 that you have subscribe mimobitv but i have not subscribed this type services and deducted Rs. 40 from my account so i registered complaint on your call center they give me complaint no C21RJ827151 and confirm me that you will recd your 40/- and also confirm that now you will not debited any amount. we deactivated your services. again today 28/03 msg recd from 554471040 for the same and deducted 40/- from my a/c. totaly 80/- deducted from my a/c while i have not subscribe this type services. one more complaint i registed to your call center # C25RJ833391. BUT till date my services not deactivated and continusly charging. please credit my this Rs. 80 in my account at the earliest.
