ARTHA HEALTH OPTION PVT LTD
REFUND OF AIR TICKET

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to above subject we would like to inform you that, we have booked flight on 30.01.2012 from bangalore to chennai with M/s Artha health Options Pvt Ltd via Kingfisher Airlines but that day we are unable to reach intime due to Taxi problem and we have cancelled the ticket and we have gone other flight.

And on 05.02.2012 we have booked return flight from Chennai to Bangalore via Kingfisher airlines but this flight has cancelled so we have taken cancelled the same and taken other flight and come back...

So we have follow up for the refund with this company but they are not responding properly and still not refund the same pls help for the same

This is our humble request...
