Refund for cancelled order is not received

Bag it today (India today group) took an order from me for a holiday resorts by saying some false offers on 30-Jun-11 vide Order ID-1007447485 . Afer the verification call, i come to know that they have given false commitment and immediately, i've cancelled that order on the same day. Even after 26 days, no one in that company is giving commitment that when the money will be refunded. Every day they are sending mails, saying that the money will be refunded, but i don't see any such symptoms of refund. Requesting your intervention to get me the refund.
