No refund after cancellation

Hi,

I had placed order for a product for vacation trip from bagittoday.com, the cost of which was 5998 INR. On the second day of placing the order I was told that I need to pay additional 900 INR by way of demand draft. Since I was not told of this before so I cancelled the order and I was told that the refund will be done in 7 to 10 working days. Now, I have received an email saying that order is non-cancelable.

I am not sure what to do now, I feel cheated for 5998 INR, that too coming from a reputed firm like India Today group. Moreover, the first email clearly stated that the order can be cancelled within 7 days, which I did. Any suggestion for further course of action. All along, I have been communicating with them over email - holidaysupport@bagititoday.com.
