Cheating by Bag It Today Holiday

I purchased 2 holiday vouchers from bag it today holiday for Rs 7, 000 each from their sales agent Rahul Malhotra in Sept. I was told by the sales executive Rahul Malhotra that if i purchase 2 vouchers i will get a Blackberry Curve Mobile free. Because of this offer of free Blackberry mobile i decided to buy 2 holiday vouchers and paid Rs 14, 000 in total. My Order id are :- 1010964290, 1010964353 and Package booking id are:-555559073, 777790567 for the 2 vouchers. In Oct i received a call from someone called Neha from bagit today blackberry department saying that my blackberry has been dispatched. But it has been almost 9 months now i have still not received the free blackberry mobile. When i called the customer care team several times i got the response that either i need to provide 15 references or buy 15 vouchers in order to get the free Blackberry mobile. I feel cheated by the Bag It Today holiday group.

Please take action against the company and help me get my free blackberry mobile as promised by the company.
