Bad Tents & irresponsible organisers

BMC boasts to be a organisation conducting adventure treks & providing adventure related equipments for rent.

I have a list of complaints against them :

They mislead the customer by not giving complete information about the secuirty deposits to be done. Later demand for the same in the last minute.

The tents provide were of poor quality with holes and for sure cannot a stand any weather condition.

The secuirty deposit cheque which they were supposed to return to the customer after the tents were returned back was not done. Instead they were fooling around by telling they will do so by tomorrow, day after which never happened. Finally they stopped answering to the phone calls.

My intention of writting this complaint is to bring to the notice of customers and to the club itself.
