Poor behaviour & wrong way of taking bus fare

Every time we cant give the exact bus fare. Sometimes we may not have change. If u give a note of Rs.10 and ask for a ticket of rs.5, for that also conductors are shouting like anything. And sometimes simply they are keeping the change with them. And if you ask again shouting. Conductor scolding public like illiterates, its actual shame on BMTC Selection team..Please do hire who are well behaved one, otherwise may result in...
Like this many days i've given 10rs for a rs.5 distance.
today this thing happened in bus no. KA-01 F-4742 Kengeri to yeshvantpur..time:6:40 am-7:30 am, date:1st March
