No response or vague replies FRAUD

I had booked a holiday withe book my holiday in Jan by paying Rs 7000/- for 7 nights 8 days tour package. I sent a booking voucher on 18the October for booking in December. I also sent demand draft of Rs 750/- towards booking charges. Since theen I have been writing but only one reply theat my voucher has not been received. I have send copies of booking voucher which is duly acknowledged by theem but theey always say we have not received any voucher. I have sent two registered letter to theeir MD withe all details but still theere is no response. I am deciding to go to file an FIR. My booking ID is 777778723.
