Books & CDs in
Change of Scheme

I was informed of some travel & vacation scheme for 2 days & 3 nights anywhere in India for a total value of Rs. 3, 198/- during my telephonic conversation and accordingly I had booked the scheme and I was allotted Booking id 440022140. I am surprised to receive a parcel of books & CDs for a total value of Rs. 3, 198/- in place of the aforesaid scheme. Now I feel totaly cheated since I am not at all interested in books & Cds sent to me.

Please look into the matter and take remedial action promptly within 2/3 days.
