Extraordinary Delay in attaining complain lodged

Despite of lodging complain on 18th feb with complain number-11281482442 against phone number-06512561529, there has been extraordinary delay in taking up the matter. Its strange and quite pathetic that complain related to such emergency services which should be undertaken within72hrs, but the service of BSNL has been poor. Without extending proper service, must get rebate on its rental for this period and must be reinstalled also as fast as possible.
