SPEED PROBLEM

I am consumer of bsnl EVDO card from JANIPUR COONY, JAMMU, J&K . i have use it for last 5 months.the speed is not so good as it was told at the time of taking connection, sometimes not a single web page come though i try for the whole day.i want the service to be better.please do something.
