Money received-not booked bus ticket

Sir, I booked tickets to journey from bangalore to madurai for the journey on 16-5-10 by online through the agent Yatra com on 12-5-10 and 13-5-10 for Rs.1850/- but still now ticket not served, not reserved eventhough 4 complaints given to him and one complaint given to you on 12-5-10. I am an advocate. I got mental agony and they gave insufficient service to me. my whole programe with my family have spoiled by them. I request you to take necessary immediate action for journey on 16-5-10 or refund the money. yatra Ref. Nos. KR1N2C AND 1E3N2C.
