Refund not yet done even if the ticket is cancelled

Hi, I booked two tickets (Hyd to Pune) on 8th august using Raj travel’s online booking. Even if the amount (1, 677.10) got debited from my account the tickets were not confirmed. I got in touch with your agents and understood it would be credited in few days. So far it has not happened.
