False and over commitment

With great selling skills employees of this travel company convince customers for the attractive offers, and no commitments followed...

I was given a pacakage for Rs. 20000/- against which was promised to and fro train travel in AC coach, stay in hotels with breakfast and dinner along with 24/7 car available for sight seeing...

Rs. 8000/- were taken for the travel part, they failed to get me confirm tickets and no valid vouchers given against the promises made...

No one ever (through out the day) receives calls on several landline nos that they keep calling.

I have spoken to 4 people who sound so similar taht at times I have asked them if they are the same guys???

I have mobile nos for all of them (do not want to mention their names), as I appreciate one point for them is that They have mostly attended all calls of mine almost at any time but never have they resolved my issue.

I did not want to take this step as these guys are trying to do good job but are over commitive...

I have been promised a refund for the travel part with some deductions...

Now lets see how much they deduct for doing nothing??? and do they even refund this money...

Hopefully this forum of consumer complaint is geniun to help customers like us.

I have recordings of the false and over commitments that they have made over the calls...
