Unprofessional attitude

Recently we have booked 3 taxis for the wedding at our place. One day in advance we also confirmed on the availabilty and were told that taxis would reach our place and reconfirmed our bookings. As we all understand that wedding is such a important thing and logistics place a vital role in making it successfull. The taxis were suppose to report at early hours and to our surprise none of them reported to the desired location. At last minute we had to made round trips of our cars by missing the event and ensuring that our guests could reach the place on time. Later when we went to there office, to our suprise the proprietor came back to us saying that we should have paid some advance, he also went up to an extent that we should personally would have came to his office a day earlier and confirm the booking. This is irrespective or our last call with the same gentlemen one day earlier. Such kind of unprofessional attitude is not acceptable, specifically in travel and hospitality industry.
