Cleartrip - Hotel Booking Fraud

I had booked 2 rooms in Hotel Rink Pavilion, Mussoorie through Cleartrip.com.

The booking was done on 10th Aug with full payment and I had received the hotel voucher as well.

But when I reached the hotel on specified date, I was denied entry by the hotel saying that your booking is not confirmed as Cleartrip has not made the payment.

I did call up Cleartrip customer care at 1860 233 9000 multiple times but they kept on killing time. I had started following up with them around 1:30pm on 13th Aug and kept following up until around 4:00pm. Seeing no positive response after multiple calls, I had to book rooms in another hotel.

Even after full payment and the confirmation, I was left in lurch on my vacations.

Please help me in getting my refund and the compensation for the pain that me and my family had to go through.
