Some executive telephone and offered some free offer and cheated me by taking my credit card number and immediately within seconds my credit card has been debited Rs.4999. This is wrong. They give me some telephone numbers and they have noted my request to check it up. If you have some call centre, advise the trainees not to cheat public like this. I was called by one executive and then inspite of telling her that I will not give the last three digit of credit card I was forced to give the last three numbers stating that no money will be taken from my card. But within seconds I got the confirmation on my cell that Rs.4999 has been debited to my card. THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG. The executive had confirmed that no money will be charged.

I immediately called the company to cancel this service as you have cheated me and return my money. They asked to write a letter regarding this and they will cancel it immediately. But till now no reply from email, no cancellation.

I immediately called within mins to cancel this and they should cancel and return the money.

Kindly someone from the Consumer Forum department help me out returing the money and also ensue that no one is cheated in future from the 3rd grade company like Club Leisure & Travel Port
