Club Mahindra
Membership Cancellation

I have taken up a club Mahindra membership on EMI basis plan, the down payment was Rs 32, 000/- which I have made by Cash. After that due to financial crisis I was not able to pay the EMI's. So I have informed them that I would like to cancel my membership. They have been telling me that some one would contact you from our end for this. Till date no one has contacted me and now today when I spoke to one of the persons, she is telling me that the Membership has already being canceled and there is going to be no refund as refund is not applicable on this, and it was not communicated to me.

Please help.
