Non receipt of comfirmed gift vouche

We had heard a lot about great family holidays of Club Mahindra from our friends.

When we were approached for filling up form for a lucky draw at c21 mall in Indore, we happily did so.

I then recd. Sms confirming me a FREE voucher entitlement for 3 days & 2 nites free stay at your properities across India. Post which we recd. A call from Mr Rahul for coming to their office for a 30 min-45 min session and collect voucher. We went on 20/7/10 to 102, Laxmi Tower, MG Road, Indore. We reached at 7.15pm and clearly communicated to Mr Manzoor who was attending us that we need to leave at 8pm as we have a child with us.

It started off well and time and again we told him that pls. let us know what is your yearly subscription, if it suits us we are interested… but he kept on speaking a about club Mahindra like a recorded message. When finally at 8 pm we told him to cut it out and let us go, he just stood up and said rudely “you may leave “. After coming all the way and spending 45 mins on a working day, I don’t think this is the customer relation and hospitality we expect from Club Mahindra. Moreover, the promised free voucher was also not handed over to us. Was it just a “MARKETING GIMMICK”.

I expect the company of this stature, to train their executives to be humble and understanding. MR MANZOOR was extremely rude. Also, before giving any confirmation as to winning the free voucher etc, pls. specify your pre condition of spending 1 hr or more in your office. This way you will not succeed with the educated and working class of today.
