Payment of Membership

Dear Sir,

I have paid 71000 Rs for membership of Country Club Surat on 11Dec In Which 60000 Rs paid by Credit card. Country Club Manager Ms Monalisa & Mr Nawaj has promised me that 60000 Rs, I have to pay to the bank in 12 EMIs, They have tie up with the Bank. On 31 Jan when bill of Credit card came to me then i came to know that the promises made by the above managers of country club is Fake, I have written so many mails to country club, and made so many calls to them but again same fake promises. And now since last 01 month they are not piking up my phone also,

So Please look into the matter and please help me to save me, my time & money from these Cheaters.
